The villa has been built in a U-shape and has a large Living Room with open fire. New flagstones on the floor and black velvet curtains to ensure a cool climate by day time and sociable, cosy environment in the evening.

Within the Living Room area, there is airco for cooling and heating and two separate corner couches. There is hi-fi installation with cassette deck, CD player and tuner with exclusive 2 metre high speakers. Electrostatics from the Martin Logan brand. There is of course, also TV and Satellite dish which receives radio and all TV channels. There is also a DVD player for use too.

Within the villa is also a very large kitchen with eating area that has been fitted out completely in Stainless Steel. There are double ovens, electric and gas and a cooker hood. the Kitchen has a Magnetron Fridge/Freezer and small kitchen electronics as well as two further new airco's.

There are a total of two bedrooms within the main villa which have access to a luxurious bathroom fitted in Stainless Steel again with modern toilet, double wash hand basins and a fantastic massage shower. There are also electric heaters to ensure plenty of warmth within the winter.
