Osmosis Dive Centre
The Osmosis Dive Centre provides both the local and tourist community with the opportunity to learn how to scuba dive, surf, snorkel and kayak along some of the most beautiful coastlines. There are 18 complete sets of gear available for rental, a dive boat that can take 6 comfortably which also has a cabin for the cooler days and a dive compressor that can fill tanks to 300 BAR. For the novices, there is a large 12 person classroom kitted out with T.V., DVD, computer, books, charts and all the equipment needed to learn all you need to know to scuba dive. The Dive Shop also has everything for both the snorkeler and diver.

Again, because there is no variation in the temperature below the surface because of the Gulf Stream, the waters here sustain a temperate average of between 18 and 25 degrees throughout the year and this results in the marine life being found here as similar as that found in more tropical waters.
As well as this, this is the only diving base inside the Aquatic Nature Reserve where the fish are protected and therefore, not only do they survive for longer but they are also more trusting as a result.
The reef here measures up to 34m in height and forms a basin between itself and the shore, so you can dive directly from the shore! The overall service here, hiring out of equipment, training and safety programme is exemplary…(Read More)…
